Loose-Leaf Herbal Tea

A soothing blend of herbs and spices, traditionally used to help settle the stomach, support digestion and ease common digestive upsets.

Mellow aniseed and fennel lead with a soft, sweet warmth. Star anise and cardamom add gentle spice, while a hint of peppermint offers cooling balance. 
Lemon verbena and marigold brighten and lend a tender, sunny finish.

Herbal tea - naturally caffeine-free.

Brewing Guide

We recommend one large teaspoon of tea blend (approx. 2g) per 300ml of boiling water. This blend particularly benefits from a release of essential oils before steeping - lightly break up the ingredients with a pestle and mortar or simply use your fingers.

You can infuse this blend for as long as you like: shorter for something milder, longer for something stronger. You don't even need to remove the herbs as you drink, they'll only keep giving.
